Se especializa en brindar servicios integrales de rehabilitaci\u00f3n vocacional y social a personas en edad laboral (de 15 a 65 a\u00f1os) con discapacidad, trastornos mentales o intelectuales y otras limitaciones funcionales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SIVA colabora estrechamente con organismos gubernamentales (municipios locales, servicios de empleo, agencias de bienestar social), instituciones educativas, empleadores, ONG y consejos asesores de expertos. Esto garantiza una atenci\u00f3n coordinada y de alta calidad y promueve un cambio sist\u00e9mico, facilitando la participaci\u00f3n legislativa y promoviendo la inclusi\u00f3n laboral. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La misi\u00f3n de SIVA es mejorar la capacidad laboral, la autosuficiencia y la calidad de vida de los clientes a trav\u00e9s de servicios profesionalmente personalizados en un entorno seguro e inclusivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sus resultados se miden cuidadosamente: muchos clientes logran un empleo despu\u00e9s de la capacitaci\u00f3n.
