Sin embargo, para muchas personas, especialmente aquellas que viven en situaciones vulnerables, el acceso a entornos que realmente satisfagan sus necesidades f\u00edsicas, emocionales y sociales es limitado. Este es uno de los desaf\u00edos que el proyecto WellHome busca abordar.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Financiado por el Programa Erasmus+, este proyecto re\u00fane a expertos en dise\u00f1o, educaci\u00f3n e inclusi\u00f3n social para desarrollar un programa de formaci\u00f3n que empodere a personas con necesidades educativas especiales, principalmente debido a discapacidad o problemas de salud mental, para que desarrollen las habilidades necesarias para crear espacios que promuevan el bienestar. Esto les brinda nuevas oportunidades laborales m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los roles tradicionales, lo que les permite un empleo significativo en un campo que beneficia directamente a otros. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">El proyecto tambi\u00e9n se centra en las necesidades de las poblaciones vulnerables que viven en residencias, pisos compartidos, albergues y entornos similares. Para estas comunidades, los espacios bien dise\u00f1ados no solo se centran en la comodidad, sino que son esenciales para la rehabilitaci\u00f3n, la recuperaci\u00f3n y la inclusi\u00f3n social. WellHome dota a los estudiantes de las habilidades necesarias para transformar estos entornos, mejorando el bienestar, la dignidad y la calidad de vida.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Al combinar la reflexi\u00f3n, la creatividad y la pr\u00e1ctica del dise\u00f1o, WellHome tiene como objetivo garantizar que los alumnos comprendan c\u00f3mo los espacios influyen en las emociones y las conexiones sociales, mientras que las organizaciones que apoyan a las poblaciones vulnerables obtienen herramientas y enfoques personalizados para crear entornos verdaderamente inclusivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">En resumen, WellHome es m\u00e1s que un proyecto de formaci\u00f3n: es un enfoque de dise\u00f1o centrado en el ser humano que empodera simult\u00e1neamente a personas en riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n social y laboral y mejora la vida de comunidades vulnerables mediante la creaci\u00f3n de espacios
